Olga Molchanova
Olga Molchanova, FCCA, ACA, Coordinating Partner of partnership programs, Head of the department of economic research and management consulting, Contact Partner of Nexia International Olga is senior audit manager; she specialises in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs), IFRS financial reporting (individual/consolidated), audit of financial statements of complex groups and public interest entities (PIEs).
Olga is also First North adviser and guides companies through the application process to the Nasdaq Baltic alternative market First North and ensures that the companies fulfill all the requirements of First North on a continuing basis.
Olga is author of numerous publications on such issues, as auditing, accounting, IFRSs, non-financial and integrated reporting, ethics, as well as she regularly speaks at professional forums and conferences.
Olga has a Master’s degree in economics – Mg.soc., which she received after the graduation from Riga Technical University.
Olga is FCCA - Chartered Certified Accountant and member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). ACCA is the leading global body for professional accountants that was founded in 1904. ACCA Qualification develops knowledge and skills in such areas as financial and management accounting, audit and assurance, finances, taxation, corporate and business law, IFRS, ethics, corporate governance, business analysis.
Olga is ACA - Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). ICAEW is a global professional body for chartered accountants that was founded in 1880. ICAEW holds its members to the highest standards of professional competency and conduct.
Olga is also member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).
Olga is Member of the Board of the Association of Accountants of the Republic of Latvia, head of the International Secretariat and Member of the Public Interest Entities' Committee. The International Secretariat’s competence includes contacts with international institutions and organizations, including International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) and Accountancy Europe (ACE).
Olga has been awarded the following professional certificates:
- Certified professional accountant (Certificate No. 387) after meeting the requirements of AARL professional accountant qualification;
- ACCA Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business;
