Marija Jansone

Marija Jansone is an engagement partner, Member of the Board of Nexia Audit Advice and holds the position of the responsible sworn auditor. Marija obtained the licence of a sworn auditor in 1994. She has graduated from the university with the Master’s degree in sociology (Mg.soc.).

Marija has a long experience of working with local enterprises and in conducting audits and reviews of international corporations and companies with international capital. From 1994 until merging into Nexia Audit Advice in October 2010 Marija was also a partner and responsible sworn auditor in one of the most famous commercial companies of sworn auditors in Latvia – Zvērinātu revidentu firma KAPITĀLS LLC, which provided audit and related services for 15 years to private enterprises from various sectors of economy – trade, production, manufacturing, agriculture, services and public sector (state enterprises and agencies, the Latvian local governments).

Marija is involved in the process of continuous education of sworn auditors, getting the knowledge needed to provide consultations on accounting and tax issues.

Marija Jansone is included in the list of experts of the Commercial Register as an expert in such areas of evaluation, as business, obligations, shares of the capital.
